1. Rub salmon fillets with olive oil.
2. Season generously with Cajun seasoning, paprika, and a pinch of salt.
3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
4. Cook salmon 3–4 minutes per side until blackened and flaky.
5. Squeeze lemon over the top.

1. Boil potatoes in salted water until soft (about 12–15 minutes).
2. Drain and mash with butter, garlic, milk/cream, salt, and pepper.
3. Whip until creamy and fluffy.

1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
2. Add broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers; cook until tender but crisp.
3. Add shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
4. Cook until shrimp turn pink (2–3 minutes).
5. Sprinkle parsley.
