Dive into this rich, fudgy creation that blends the indulgence of brownies with the comforting texture of bread. Perfectly gooey and loaded with chocolate, this Hot Fudge Brownie Bread is best served warm with ice cream or extra fudge drizzle!
For the Brownie Bread:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
For the Hot Fudge Swirl:
1/3 cup hot fudge sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold until just combined. Do not overmix.
Stir in the chocolate chips for that gooey chocolatey kick.
Pour half the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
Drizzle half of the hot fudge sauce over the batter. Swirl gently with a knife or skewer.
Add the remaining batter on top and smooth it out.
Drizzle the remaining hot fudge sauce and swirl again for a marbled effect.
Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Avoid overbaking to maintain the fudgy texture.
Let the brownie bread cool in the pan for 15–20 minutes. Use the parchment paper overhang to lift it out.
